I'm currently on my third RX580 after replacing two for the widely reported resume from sleep issue. Everything works fine except after a few times of suspending/resuming the OS, the GPU doesn't power on and the display remains black. The only solution is rebooting the PC. I am running in Fedora Linux but the problem also occurs in Windows 10. X570 Motherboard is running latest BIOS and OS is fully updated.

It really can't be a software issue on several different OS.
Any possible solutions or do I need to switch out GPUs again?
Does the problem ever happen on newer GPUs?
