I have a Sapphire 260X. I wasn't using at the moment, and now I'm trying to use it but I randomly get a BSoS "THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE".
Windows works properly if I don't install the AMD driver (using the Microsoft Video generic driver).
I am using the last Windows 10 version (fresh install). I attached the minidump files. I already changed the PCI-E slots and get the same results.
