If you install 21.1.1 and have your Vram stuck at 1740-1750mhz report it. Its been a issue since 20.11.2. Last best driver for me that doesnt have the Vram issue is 20.11.1. Card gets really hot 20+C hotter which means idle temps are approaching 60C. under load it can easily pass 100c. Beware passing 115C can and will damage your card.
