I just bout an XFX qick 308 Radeon 7600. I had good time for a few days when it started rebooting, then not recognizing by windows ( basic display driver) It started with driver timeout while playing. Most of the time it won't boot to windows.
Things i've tried.
> Swapping different cpus (all okay)
> Swapping Ram sticks (all okay)
> Tried different Gpus (all okay)
> Updating the motherboard bios
> Removing peripherals, fans, usb device, etc.
> Tried different operating system.
> Used DDU to uninstaller the amd driver.
It has intermittent usability. It was working yesterday, from morning to late evening, then i woke up this morning and things went to sh*t again.
The amount of time i've spent troubleshooting this, is taking a toll on my sanity.
The one thing i haven't tried though is to test it with another psu which i don't have unfortunately. My current operating system is Ubuntu 24.04.
It always shows this error when i plugged in the gpu.

Note that i've already tested another cpu and that message still appear. So, it's unlikely it's the cpu's fault.
I just wanted to know if there's a fix to this before i send it back to the store i bought it.
