Windows is't recognizing a PCI device, 'PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1456&SUBSYS_14561022&REV_00'. According with some pages this is a Device named (AMD PSP 3.0), I can't find and oficial package to install that driver or even known if that come along with some other

Same problem: PCI Encryption/Decryption controller was missing after update 19.2.3 

Download the OEM VGA driver from the site of the laptop manufacturer. Manually specify the update path to unzipped folder.
