I have installed Windows 11 Pro version installed via clean installation and all updates, normal + optional are installed. Moreover bios/firmware etc and drivers are up to date.
Is really Ryzen Power Plan really needed to be activated? I am asking because playing BF2042 I realized that there are performance issues while on the other hand having the Windows Power Plan enabled everything is a lot better. Using the console command in game “perfoverlay.drawfps 1” with RPP active many times at red area causing “stucks” in front of enemies.
So, after reading many threads saying that AMD & MS include everything that is needed in the WPP, and having my own experience, I want to ask AMD why the chipset drivers continue installing RPP?
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2022 to everyone!!
