Windows 10 keeps rolling back my driver Adrenalin 2020

Windows 10 2004 19041.450

laptop: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H

I installed Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.8.3 Optional driver today, but after it completed and restarts, Windows 10 automatically install "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 26.20.14034.4001" via Windows Update. And the driver is rolled back from 27.20.12027.1001 to 26.20.14034.4001.

I tried to reinstall the newest driver, it didn't help.

What's the solution to install the new driver correctly?

Start the DDU with Windows Safe Mode. Turn off the Windows driver update with DDU settings and remove all installed display drivers. And then install the latest driver with Windows Normal Mode. Your problem will probably be resolved.

Yes, this can work, but is it a bug or something, why does Windows roll back the driver?

I guess there is a problem with Windows Update.

You must delay/prevent Microsoft from installing/changing drivers automatically. Depending on which version of Win10 you have (Pro/Home) there are settings to prevent this...read > https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/id-Windows_Update/

Also delete the contents of C:/AMD of all driver downloads.
