Currently using 2 laptop from different brand(HP and Lenovo) both powered by AMD APU with Radeon R5.Window 10 keep freezing or lagging. Tried few tricks like DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller) and then installing fresh driver from AMD site .Fixed issue for a day then same issue came up. Tried resetting Windows 10 but after few days same issue came up. Tried updating DISPLAY DRIVER from device manager, didn't help. Any solution
