I don't claim to be the final authority, but to me it's a good solution. everything you do is at your own risk!!
Look like performance and stuttering problems gone by applying powerplay tables reg file by https://github.com/Daripa/RX-6400
Furmark2 shows a bit higher core frequencies and wattage on load is up to 53w, while at default it been 43w donnow why.
Before apply, look what thread in windows registry is your's and edit reg file by notepad to reliable thread /0000 or /0001, you can check it in adrenalin in Software and driver details - 2d driver file path.
It will look like, so change it in reg file accordingly:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0001]
or
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000]
Reset graphic driver after applying.
p.s. since reg file unlock's tuning options i tried to oc memory in msi afterburner but it caused very low performance showed in furnark, i tried to reset oc it doesn't help, same is with adrenalin auto oc - it lead to low performance, like if u changing any oc parameter by software after applying reg file it will lead to low performance. But applying reg file again will restore performance. Certainly after applying reg file it's needed to reset driver, i use reboot64.exe form custom resolution utility.
