Win 10 Dell computer- AMD HDMI not working. No sound

All of a sudden I'm not able to have sound out of my speakers.  In the sounds function it shows AMD HDMI Output not plugged in.  All of the cables are plugged in.  

 

I think it started after Norton Antivirus driver update initiated a driver update to my amd.  Not sure but it seems to be coincidental that it occurred then.

 

Any thoughts  

 

Right now I have no sound out of my speakers and quite frustrated.

Check your service tag and get your software up to date on DELL website.

Getting driver&software support does not need an active warranty.

I have logged into dell website and given my sevicee tag only shows win 7 content.  I cannot find a amd hdmi driver that will show up.  Any other solutions.  Thanks
