Why I can't record my screen, it's always in black!

Hello, I'm having this issue since I got this laptop, always that I wanted to record my screen with camtasia or another software, or stream my screen using kast, it always shows in black, I made previous research but I can't find anything helpful, I read that the problem could be the fact that I have 2 GPU's, integrated and dedicated graphics, but I can't fix anything with that, I fixed it that temporarily, changing the "Power usage" of the application in the system section of the old interface of AMD Adrenaline, but with the new interface it's impossible, btw the method that I used just work occasionally.

Now I'm looking for solution of this problem, because I really need to record or stream my screen.
