why does my radeon driver info show 18.7.1 as installed but recommends 18.5.1?

why does my Radeon driver info show 18.7.1 as installed but recommends 18.5.1? I have a rx460, windows 10 1803. The game profiles are working correctly (in games I play) They are finally working after the previous driver installs having issues with it (game profiles).

Because 18.5.1 was WHQL(stable) driver from launch , 18.7.1 was beta and then became WHQL

Also you can try 18.8.2 -> https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-18-8-2
