Why does it keep saying to download drivers, i click download drivers and it sends me to a driver page and i download it and it shows the same thing again
The HD 7700 is legacy, the drivers are available but you have to manually select your product.
Go to the AMD driver download page
https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
Scroll to the bottom and either search for your model name or use the drop down menus to select your hardware.
