I want to run my VegaFE without any graphic drivers at all, simply as an OpenCL device, and *NOTHING* else. I figured that this is what --headless would do, but in my last install using the latest Cent 7.5 drivers, it insisted on installing Glamor and Mesa. Am i not understanding what "headless" actually means?
I finally just uninstalled everything using yum, and again using yum and the local repository, to install opencl-amd-pro without installing glamor and mesa and all the x-server stuff.
The reason for this is because I'm happy with the Quadro display drivers, but I want to use the VegaFE for compute.
