why are all the new drivers since april 2019 missing hdmi scaling
I have a Sapphire Radeon Nitro+ RX 580 8GB GDDR5 Dual HDMI / DVI-D / Dual DP w/ Backplate Special Edition (UEFI) PCI-E Graphic Cards 11265-21-20G graphics card and whenever I try to install a newer driver than XXXXx4.3 the hdmi scaling feature is no longer available in the display menu.
