Hi everyone,
I currently have a saphire nitro+ 6800xt. I bought the card used. When I switched to this card, everything seemed to go well. No temp problems or stuttering. But I discovered that when my pc is open for a pretty long time (2+ hours normally), the whole pc drops to a pretty consistant 10 fps. When I drag apps around on the desktop, they move at 10 fps. the only thing that seems to be unaffected by this 10 fps cap is the mouse. Even if everythingon the pc is at 10 fps, the mouse is silky smooth. I also found out that, in the drivers, simply changing any setting that refreshes the screen fixes the problem (for exemple, switching smart acces memory on and off). while this solution works, it is especially frustrating because changing this setting crashes a lot of the apps currently open on the computer. (I have a 3d printer and each time this happens it crashes the printer app, which ruins the print). restarting the pc also fixes the problem. I have also tried the "Win + Ctrl + Shift + B" key combination, to no result.
If anyone has any idea what may be the cause of the problem, please respond!

(ps. I dont think this has any connection but I always have a very small red band on the top left of my main display, and I dont know why)
