ive just bought a lenovo s145 laptop with AMD Radeon Vega 3 graphics, i installed the AMD Adrenaline software from the website and works great however when i update windows i get another driver update (Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 26.20.14046.3) that overrides the AMD software and i get an error message that says (radeon software and drivers are not compatable). i am so confused on which one to use and is clear i can only use one or the other so which one do i use? i am not a gamer to be honest i mainly just use the laptop for work and i play Raid shadow legends.
