Where can I get the latest version of MI100 driver?

Hi, 

I am doing benchmarking tests on a machine equipped with an AMD Instinct MI100 card. Here I am interested in finding if the GPU works in its best status. Where can I get the latest version of drivers of MI100? And is there any guide about the use of the rocm-smi command for some purposes, like resetting the GPU device or fixing its working frequency rate and memory clock rate?

AMD has it own ROCM Forum besides GitHub: https://community.amd.com/t5/rocm/ct-p/amd-rocm
