I know that it was introduced from AMD with the RX480 cards (https://wccftech.com/amd-radeon-rx-480-clock-speeds/). This feature is supported with Windows 10 2004v, Nvidia have support for it since it was introduced from Microsoft, and AMD has one and only (unofficial) driver for it 20.5.1 (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-20-5-1-ghs-beta) but still we don't have it supported with drivers since then, even with the newest RX6000 videocards. What is happening AMD, what are you doing?
