and I have a question because new BIOS chipset improvements and work out came out, what should I install, I am crazy from reading for 7 days
The latest BIOS updates are only applicable to Third Gen Ryzen CPU's, your CPU does not require a BIOS update.
However, check on the motherboard web site to see what BIOS updates are available for your motherboard.
