Weird Microsoft Driver Installed

Can someone please tell me what the heck Microsoft installed on my computer?

AMD extension 26.20.13002.133

When it did, the screen went blank for a second as if I was installing a display driver. My 19.10.1 driver seems to be intact, but I will be reinstalling here shortly to make sure.

However, if anyone can tell me what this is, I would appreciate it.

I checked and the only AMD items I have is the display driver and the hdmi audio driver. It doesnt show up anywhere. I looked at the properties and event viewer and it shows this installed. I looked at the Radeon Settings panel and DXdiag and everything shows the proper driver I installed (19.10.1). I looked in all my AMD folders that were accessible, and searched for this "Extension" and its no where to be found.

Im reinstalling the driver just to be sure that this thing didnt screw anything up. However, I wanna make sure its not something thats needed.
