So I have this problem for over half a year by now and Im giving up in trying to fix it myself or with the help of other forum posts of multiple websites.
I have a problem when playing For Honor (FH) or Battlefield 5 (BF) (both on lowest settings) that after some time I get weird frame drops for 1-2 seconds (down to like 3FPS) and then the game is running smooth again for 10-30 seconds (60FPS in BF and 130FPS in FH) before dropping again. I found out that my Graphics Card has 0% usage while the framedrops are happening and then goes back up again to 60%(BF) or 90%(FH).
I thought that my PC is too old for those games but Horizon Zero Dawn runs perfectly fine with Medium settings.
This problem started after i rebooted my computer because of a windows error.
My Graphics driver is always updated and I dont have any Crypto Miner running in the Background.
This is my first PC so it was bought on some lower budget and I already have him for 5 years:
Windows 10 Home
msi H110M Pro-D
intel Core i7 6700k (running on 60°C when playing)
Radeon RX480
16GB RAM
2 HDDs (500GB and 1TB - first one is almost empty (windows) and second one is half full)
I dont know my power adapter / power supply unit and I also dont have the package of it anymore to look it up.
Before rebooting my PC I had a much older graphics driver installed... maybe thats the problem?
