I am using 7840u with integrated 780m graphics on the 23.12.1 drivers. When I go to the adrenaline software, Gaming>Graphics, the wait for vertical refresh option is not available. I want to disable vsync but it does not appear to be an option. The option is not available in the game profiles either. I have already tried uninstalling drivers with DDU and reinstalling. I have also tried with both an external display and the laptop's internal display. I am wondering if there is anyway to enable this feature?
