So a couple of weeks ago my drivers said they needed an update so i updated them. It didnt fix my framerate problem though, i would get about 100 fps in game but dropped to around 30. After uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers it fixed the problem. After exactly 24 hours the same problem happened with the fps drop and after uninstalling and reinstalling again it worked. Have been doing this process for about 2 weeks.
