Video driver error or stop

Hello, I need support, I have two monitors
1. Monitor with AMD support at 144Hz. DPI cable
2. Monitor without AMD support at 60Hz. HDMI cable
But before updating the drivers, everything was stable, and nothing broke. Because of two monitors, I can no longer play and work stably, my monitors freeze every time, and later a video driver error appears. I repeat again that everything was fine before, but as soon as I updated the drivers, this problem never left me, I sent more than 4-6 reports about it to tech support. I have an RX 6700 XT video card, it is completely new, I do not understand what the problem is, and I also do not want to turn off my second monitor.

also now i cant even download the old driver to use the AMD features and i cant use the new driver because of these issues

It sounds like the driver update is causing issues with your dual monitor setup. Try these steps:

  1. Roll Back Drivers: Open Device Manager, right-click on your AMD RX 6700 XT under 'Display adapters', select 'Properties', go to the 'Driver' tab, and click 'Roll Back Driver' if available.

  2. Clean Install Older Driver: Use AMD Cleanup Utility or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove the current driver, then install an older version from the AMD website.

  3. Check Monitor Settings: Make sure your monitor settings in Windows and AMD Radeon Settings are correct.
