I have an MSI RX5700 XT 8 GB graphics card in my system. I am adjusting the graphics card fan settings from AMD WattMan, but the problem is that when I restart the PC or turn it off and on, the AMD WattMan graphics card fan settings are reset. For example, I make the fan speed 40%, turn on the zero RPM setting and say save changes. When you turn the system off and on, the graphics card fan speed returns to its original state and shuts down at zero RPM. The fan also runs idle. (Although it is under 60 degrees, 35% or so at fan rotation speed) I am waiting for your help. Thank you.
