My graphics card has been going into zero core mode (one green led on tachometer) even when not idle. It has been extremely infuriating it's been happening mostly in games but it has happened outside of games. I always have to reboot my pc to get it working again. I use the GPU at stock settings and in-game graphics are usually set to medium. The only things I have done is enable the XMP profile and enable PBO in ryzen master. My temps are great 23c idle and 60c max under load. I do not know how to recreate the issue but it has happened to me at least 5 times today.
