Hello all,
I've recently been struggling with a PC problem again. In all the games I've tested so far (Minecraft being one of them), I keep getting black screens and crashes. First the game freezes, then the picture goes black and a message from the AMD Radeon software pops up saying my driver is timeout. Sometimes the PC shuts down completely and restarts, with the error "Kernel-Error 41" in the event viewer. Anyway, it's not overheating, with a maximum of 62 degrees celsius when such a crash occurred. I also already tried to delete the current driver via DDU and install an older one. All did not work. I can also rule out other hardware errors (RAM, hard drive), since I just got and installed a brand new SSD (with clean Win 10 installation). The Windows memory diagnostics tool (for RAM) also shows no errors. The graphics unit also survived the stress test without problems until this driver error occurred. Now that I've tried just ''everything'' on the Internet, the only hope left is to get the problem solved here.
Kind regards,
BlackyTrains.
