Hello, I have the RX Vega M GH and according to Intel, the latest driver version they have is 25.20.15002.58 from Radeon Settings v18.12.2. That didn't have AMD link server so I got the equivalent Adrenalin 2019 v18.12.2 from AMD, which has AMD link server but I'm running into these kinda troubles summarised below.
Clean installed Adrenalin 2019 v18.12.2, driver 25.20.15002.58:
- Steam link (HW encoding) OK, controller setup OK but no input upon streaming??
- AMD link server ON, but AMD link v3.0.2 cannot connect. Older AMD link apks demands update and cannot connect.
Clean installed Adrenalin 2020 v20.2.2, driver 26.20.15019.19:
- Both Steam Link and AMD Link (HW encoding) connects OK, but green screen on streaming.
- Parsec streaming (SW encoding?) OK but obviously laggy.
I seem to have no possible HW encoded streaming solution.
Currently I have Adrenalin 2019 v18.12.2 installed, is it possible to additionally install Adrenalin 2020 v20.2.2 and roll back driver to 25.20.15002.58 from device manager?
Alternative solution??
