Radeon settings, i would say you have 'system tray menu' enabled in settings (Preferences).

So view, then delete notifications or update/cancel specific notifications if you don't want them ?

Yes the exclamation mark may be a notification, so what is the point of your post ?

The tray icon started showing new driver updates with exclamation mark some time ago. Thus being new and unknown icon.
