i downloaded the radeon settings for my computer, it says the current version i am using is 19.8.1 when i try to install the newest version it says "unable to get installer file to launch the requested page, i tried to install different software to install different things to fix the issue like the optional driver but they all fail to install and tell me i have a windows update in progress when my computer is fully updated.
