Need to Post more data on your Laptop such as MAKE & MODEL of LAPTOP, APU/CPU, both Graphics installed, etc.
Try installing the Chipset from Acer first and see if it works. If it does see if AMD Support has a new version for your Laptop's Ryzen APU here : Download Drivers
On the right Menu " Manually Download Drivers" input CHIPSETS and go from there. It will show you the latest Chipset drivers for your Ryzen with Vega graphics.
