Unable to change resolution after GPU Driver update

Hi, whenever i update my drivers since april since the 19.4 drivers, i cant chjange my resolution. I just tried updating to 19.9.1 drivers released, and whenever i do so it greys out my resolution through the windows option at 640x480 resolution and i cannot change it. I tried changing it through the Radeon Custom resolution option, and there is no fix i have found online so far. I am using a Asus VG248QE 144hz monitor. Any help? I attached a DX Diag along with this if that is any help. Thanks

Monitor Name: Generic Non-PnP Monitor
So, check your GPU and monitor connection. Plug in out. Restart PC. Do not use display switcher (converter).

Thanks for the reply, however i have tried all of this, still does not work, my normal default monitor driver when it works says generic pnp monitor, and I have tried installing the driver for generic pnp driver through windows on the most recent Radeon patch (while unable to change resolution) and that fix does not work either.
