ubuntu：After the video card driver installation, system cannot be restarted

My computer configuration is interG3930,z270 motherboard，graphics card is RX580.UBUNTU version is18.04,graphics card version is 18.20.579836。   After when I install ubuntu, after install the driver for the graphics, system can not be restarted。12.jpg

What is wrong with this?Now, I can't restart the computer. If restart,  must reinstall the system and video card driver, can be normal use

You will likely get quicker & better help asking this question in a forum dedicated to Ubuntu. Those guys typically know this stuff pretty well. Most this forum is Windows help, there are some Linux folks here too, but for speed, I'd ask your question elsewhere too.
