Every so often, the sound and graphics from my GPU are, for the lack of a better term, stuttering. I'm not sure how to describe it. It's like sometimes it's delayed but the sound output is terrible. Using HDMI at the moment. It doesn't always happen but it even happens on things like watching Youtube or random other tasks. It's extremely noticeable. The sound is all glitchy and aligns with the stuttering.
All drivers are up to date and I'm kind of at a standstill because it doesn't always happen. Sometimes the issue is resolved after restarting my PC but as of this moment, I haven't had any luck all day.
