An "Unknown device ACP HDA Node" in Device Manager usually indicates that the system has detected hardware (often related to audio or sound devices) but lacks the necessary drivers to properly identify and configure it. Installing the correct drivers for your audio hardware or running Windows Update can often resolve the issue.

Part of 'amd audio co-processor'?, check on the laptop maker website.
Either audio driver or part of chipset drivers.

I stumbled upon a video on YouTube that offered some suggested solutions, so I tried it, and it seemed that this "other device" didn't appear anymore, but I wasn't sure if that was the cure.
In Device Manager, right-click on this "ACP HDA NODE", right-click > - Update Driver> - Browse My Computer for Drivers> - Select from the list of available drivers on my computer> - Scroll to "Audio Input and Output" below, next > - Audio Endpoints, Install.
