the update notifications always suggest the previous driver, why? for example, my current driver is 18.12.3 and I get no notifications to switch to 18.12.2 (previous driver)

It's a bug.

Nothing you can do about it.

It does not effect driver performance.

Mine still dose this even after 19.1.1 installed. Had to disable notifications. AMD fix it!
