There was a problem with the latest(18.12.3) video card drivers for (asus) radeon hd7770 1gb. In fortnite in full-screen mode, artifacts appear on the screen, which are visible only on the monitor. When using amd catalyst (13.251-131206a-166389C-ATI) this is not observed
