This thing happened a week ago the bug affects games, apps that are related to windows like file explorer, start menu. Search engines stay unaffected. I tried to fix it by resetting the pc, do a clean install, updating my drivers, tried on a different monitor no good but I found out if I roll back updates of my gpu from device manager it creates a temporary solution as windows stops seeing my gpu but when I update my drivers the bug continues.
I don't know what to do now, any help would be appreciated.
