Hello. I've recently swapped my motherboard to a gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX V3. I've reinstalled windows. I have a perfectly clean install with only windows updates, and motherboard updates through gigabytes APP Center. Whenever I install AMD adrenalin and begin updating the drivers for my 7900 xt my PC crashes. After my PC crashes I can restart it, and it will take a very long time on "please wait" but will eventually get to the desktop. Then it will freeze entirely. No mouse movement or any visual movements on the screen. However if I plug in a USB drive you can hear the chime as if the PC is still functioning. Unplugging and reinserting the Display port doesn't fix it, and turning the monitor on and off doesn't fix it. I know for a fact that the PC is just fine until I install these graphics drivers. I'm able to use it for hours on end with no graphic drivers installed with zero issues. However I need to use my second monitor, and play games on steam. Which requires the driver to be installed...I'd love to find a solution to my problem. I'm using a ryzen 7 2700 (temporarily until my 5900x gets back from RMA) and 4 sticks of G.Skill TridentZ 8GB.
Thanks in advance.
