I am experiencing stuttering in all of the games I've tried to play and while watching youtube, turning down graphics settings does not change these problems. I noticed the stuttering after a Windows update, updating my graphics driver made the stuttering better but it gets worse over time, going into adrenaline and "repairing" the driver also resets the stuttering but it always ends up getting worse over time.
