Hey guys , the new AMD driver looks amazing and work amazingly fine except this for me:

When i launch a game , it start stuttering every 3 seconds with frame drops till the ALT+O notification "my overlay hotkeys" appears on the top right screen , it doesn't appear before i alt+tab the game 2 or 3 times , then the game go back to normal , please any idea why this happening ???

PC:

RX 580 8 gb

16 gb ddr4 2133 

core i3 6100

please guys do something about the notification when i launch the game , the courser keep making the loading circle and the game stutters , just make an option to not show, i turned everything in General tab off , sometimes even if i alt tab the game the thing won't show Drivers & Software‌
