stuck in eyefinity

so I have a vega 64, Radeon Software Version 20.4.1 which is up to date.
I have 3 monitors and I made one of my games always start in eyefinity. 
when I stopped playing my computer didnt go back to 3 seperate monitors and now im stuck in eyefinity.
I also want to add that often times I want to enable eyefinity but the eyefinity tab doesnt show up. Why isnt it just always visible??

oh yea I obviously tried restarting, unplugging monitors, unplugging cables.

i had the same problem after a driver update. after a few hours of unsuccessful searching around, i reset the driver to factory settings. after that, the eyefinity setup tab popped up.
