- My gfx card acts as a sound card (I ditched onboard Realtek audio because it causes intolerable lag and hit detection problems in games)
- No other audio devices active (Onboard audio is disabled in BIOS)
- Latest AMD drivers installed (Only drivers, no Adrenalin)
- Tried to replace the AMD drivers with Windows audio drivers. This didn't help.
- Sometimes but rarely the audio is suddenly working but when I later launch any game, audio will be cut off completely but turns back on when the game is closed.
- Audio is working fine on Windows, ie. listening to music on YT.
- Tried to untick "Allow application to take exclusive control of this device" and "Give exclusive mode applications priority". No help.
So any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?
