According to a lot of forum discussions online about this same issue - purple and green glitch flashing when playing Spider-Man Remastered, the solution is to update the drivers.
It seems that this fix didn't get into the Macbook Pro 16's Radeon Pro 5300M drivers in November because I have AMD Radeon Pro Software Version 2022.1107.2310.41698 and drivers 21.30.44.17 and it only shows in the release notes for Adrenaline: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 22.11.2 - AMD Community
Anyone know if AMD is still supporting driver releases for the Macbook Pro 16?
