Some Lagging issue while playing game or using some application like photoshop etc

Kindly Solve my problem whom is lagging issue while playing game or using some graphics software in my computer.

My Windows is Windows 10 64 bit Genuine.

My PC Config is Dell Precision Workstation T3500 With 2.93 Ghz Hexacore Processor with 12 GB of Ram

My Graphics Card is AMD Radeon Rx 560 2GB.

Lagging issue on game like battlefield 1, NFS Payback, The Tomb Rider.

Might be the same issue I have then. Stuttering/lag and sometimes Relive crash fully. The only solution I have found so far is to reboot the pc or turn off relive. It fixes it temporarily 😕
