i have uninstalled and reinstalled all the drivers, updated my bios, reinstalled windows 10 and still no solution my monitors turns black and then flickers whenever i lunch a game or open the Radeon software always gives me the error message that a driver has timed out i looked at the graphic property and look at the error it gave me in event properties and it gave me this code
