Software can´t find Opencl.dll - rx 570 series

 I´ve already uninstall ths software using ddu but everytime I download it again it shows the same error.

"Code execution cannot continue because openCL.dll was not found"

The weird thing is that not long ago this didn´t happend and I was using the same amd software that im using now. 

I try installing GPU - Z and the "OpenCl"  checkbox isn´t marked. What does it mean? the checkbox shows if the opencl is available.

Post a complete image of GPU-Z, other details in it may hold a clue?

I get the same message when I start my pc after a clean install of driver 23.12.1 (the one for polaris/vega).  It happens on every reboot.  I need to run amdcleanup and reinstall 23.8.2 to get it to go away.  I have an RX 470 on Windows 10 (i know it's old but it still works fine for my needs).  Hopefully the next driver release will fix this!
