I am getting considerable speed reduction after installing any AMD drivers.
I have done a number of fresh windows installs trying to figure out the reason and it is after I install graphics drivers both through driver manager and adrenalin. Going from 30-50 Mbps down to 1-7Mbps (upload not dropping staying around 20Mbps) and is definitely the display drivers (have tried new and older) - factory reset router, used both wired and wireless connection, network speeds go up in safe mode, other devices running full speed.
Not sure if they are conflicting with something in windows but hoping someone had a solution.
