Shuttering/lagging while video playback with movies&tv app 22.08.2

Hey!

I noticed massive problems with the new 22.08.2 driver backwards to the 22.07.1 driver.

Every videoplayback causes shuttingering/lagging on my 6800 XT. Also while video playback in Steam!!!1

The 22.06.1 works fine, so i went back to the working one.

System: win10 21h2, ryzen 3700x, 32 gb ram, msi mainboard...

What option did you choose for driver 22.06.1 - Full Install, Minimal Install or Driver Only?
Any driver i've tested from 22.3.1 to 22.8.2 didn't fix this problem, but i used Full Install with Factory Reset and w/o Keep user settings each time.

I've reinstalled 22.6.1 using Driver Only now, issue seem to disappear.
Though, need to observe longer time, to make sure. In the first couple of minutes right after first (after driver reinstall) system restart some stuttering/lags did occur a few times anyway.

Driver Control Panel is very missed, but at least the PC is in usable condition now.
